Heard this on Ben UFO's 3rd June Rinse.FM set and it's been stuck in my head since.
It's Trim vocals, and it sounds suspiciously like Harmonimix button-work...

I'm with you on this. It is Harmonimix. There's another James Blake tune with Trim vocals called 'Saying' too. Waiting for some kind of release!
